All full-time employees may participate in Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance benefits plan on the first of the month following their date of hire under the Philippine Healthcare Insurance Corporation.

All full-time employees are eligible for Housing Plans under the Philippine Home Development Mutual Fund.

Vacation

Everyone needs a break once in awhile. As a full-time regular employee working at least 40 hours per week, you accrue 10 days of vacation a year for your first three years of employment, and 12 days a year after three years.
